Show the bookmarks bar (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + B), then drag the button below up there:

Drag the button above to your bookmarks bar.
Go to an article and highlight the text you want to save.
Click Save to CitApp in your bookmarks bar.
The source appears in your Inbox, drag it to the right category.

Note: you must be logged in to CitApp. A few sites (e.g. GitHub) block bookmarklets for security, in that case paste the link into the project manually instead.

Save from your phone

Found a source on your phone? Send it to CitApp and it is waiting in your Inbox on your computer.

Android: open citapp.org in Chrome, tap ⋮ and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen). CitApp then shows up when you tap Share in any app.
iPhone: open CitApp in Safari and paste the link into a project.
